Krishnagar Launches Clean KM Waste Initiative
The Krishnagar Municipality started a new program called 'Clean KM' to make the town cleaner.
They are putting up 1,000 special garbage bins all over the town, with different colors for different types of waste.
Important people from the government helped start the program.
They want everyone to use these bins instead of throwing trash on the ground.
The bins will be emptied every day and taken to a big dumping area.
The municipality is also asking local shops and groups to help by donating bins.
Everyone is working together to keep Krishnagar clean and nice to live in.
Krishnagar Municipality launched the 'Clean KM' initiative to improve waste management and cleanliness.
1,000 colour-coded bins for wet and dry waste will be installed at 100-metre intervals across the town.
