Integrated Laboratory Opens at Guntakal Hospital to Expand Diagnostics

A new laboratory has opened at Guntakal Area Hospital.

It is called an Integrated Public Health Laboratory.

The laboratory is part of a large healthcare programme costing ₹249 crore.

JP Nadda and Chandrababu Naidu launched the programme online.

Doctors and local public officials attended the opening.

The facility can perform more advanced medical tests at the hospital.

Patients may not need to travel elsewhere for these tests.

This could save them time and money.

Officials also said the tests could help detect diseases faster.
