High Court stays PSC exam records disclosure for a month

High Court stays PSC exam records disclosure for a month

Some people in Kerala took a test to try to get a government job.

A man named Shyam Krishna thought something might be wrong with the test.

He used a special rule called the Right to Information to ask for the test papers and interview marks.

A group called the Information Commission said the records should be shared.

But the Public Service Commission, the group in charge of hiring, did not want to share them yet.

They said the hiring process was not finished and sharing the papers could ruin it.

The High Court, a very important court, heard both sides.

The court decided to pause the order for one month.

So for now, no one has to hand over the records.

Later, the court will decide what should happen.
