Udta Teer Delayed Again, Sets October 23, 2026 Release
Udta Teer is a new movie starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan.
It was supposed to come out on October 9, 2026.
The movie has now been delayed again and will release on October 23.
The filmmakers said they wanted more space because many movies are arriving around the earlier date.
One of those movies is Gondhal.
The story is about a Pakistani spy who loses his memory after an accident.
He then believes he is Indian and becomes patriotic toward India.
The film is described as a mix of comedy, action, and unusual situations.
Udta Teer, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, has been postponed for a second time.
The film will now release in cinemas on October 23, 2026, instead of October 9.
The makers cited a crowded theatrical marketplace and a desire for a cleaner, stronger release window.
Several films are scheduled around October 9, including Gondhal, described as India’s official Oscar 2027 entry.
Reports linked the timing to Drishyam 3’s strong opening, but cited different figures: over Rs 50 crore in a headline and over Rs 60 crore in the article text.
