SpaceX Targets October 13 for Starship's 11th Test Flight
SpaceX is planning another test flight for its Starship rocket on October 13.
This giant rocket is designed to be fully reusable and is being built to take people to the Moon and Mars.
The upcoming flight will test new ways of landing the rocket and also deploy small versions of Starlink satellites.
Earlier flights had some problems, including explosions, but the 10th test was successful.
This new flight aims to build on that success and help SpaceX learn how to make the rocket even better for future missions.
The rocket is made of two parts: a booster called Super Heavy and an upper-stage spacecraft called Starship.
SpaceX is planning the 11th test flight of Starship.
The launch is targeted for October 13 from Starbase in Texas.
The booster will test a new landing burn engine configuration.
The upper stage will deploy Starlink simulators and conduct experiments.
Starship is being developed for missions to the Moon and Mars.
