Navi Secures $100 Million Prosus Investment Ahead of Potential IPO

Navi is an Indian financial technology company founded by Sachin Bansal.

It has proposed receiving $100 million from Prosus, a large technology investor.

The deal is not final because regulators, including the Competition Commission of India, must approve it.

This would be Navi’s first investment from an institutional investor.

Prosus said it liked Navi’s large customer base, technology-focused model and different financial services.

Navi may also try to list its shares publicly through an IPO worth about $300 million.

Navi said its UPI app was India’s fourth-largest by transaction volume in July.

It also said its lending business had more than ₹13,000 crore in assets and the group was profitable in the fourth quarter of FY26.
