Some single tickets, return tickets, and group tickets will cost less.
Groups can now qualify with just two people instead of eight.
People can also rent a metro coach for a party for Rs 7,000 per hour, plus taxes.
A refundable deposit is required, and each event can have up to 50 people.
Organisers must look after guests and pay for damage they cause.
Firecrackers, weapons, alcohol, and other dangerous items are not allowed.
People can use a new mobile app to book tickets and pay electronically.
