Bezwada Bar Lawyers Begin 48-Hour Fast for Protection Act
Lawyers in Vijayawada have started a hunger strike that will last 48 hours.
They want Andhra Pradesh to bring in a law to protect advocates.
The protest was organized under the Bezwada Bar Association.
V Kiran Kumar and Nirmala Rajesh began the strike.
Advocate Husna Khan Durjia visited and supported them.
She said Telangana already has this law in place.
