Buffalo Bills Fire McDermott, Promote Beane
The Buffalo Bills have made big changes in their leadership.
They fired their head coach, Sean McDermott, after nine seasons.
He had a good record, but the team never won the Super Bowl.
The owner, Terry Pegula, said they need new leadership to help the team win more.
At the same time, they promoted Brandon Beane, who was the general manager, to a bigger role as president of football operations.
Beane will now be in charge of all football decisions and will help find a new head coach.
The team is also building a new stadium that will open in 2026.
McDermott is expected to get offers from other NFL teams looking for a new head coach.
