Luthra Brothers Deported to India
Two brothers, Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, who own a nightclub in Goa, India, were deported from Thailand to India.
They are accused of causing a fire in their nightclub that killed 25 people.
The Indian government asked Thailand to send them back because they broke the law.
The brothers will now go to court in India to answer for what happened.
The fire has caused a lot of anger, and people want to know why the nightclub wasn't safe.
The Indian government has also arrested other people who work at the nightclub.
The brothers fled to Thailand right after the fire, but the Indian government found them and brought them back.
The nightclub was not following safety rules, which made the fire worse.
The court in Delhi allowed the police to keep the brothers for two days while they are taken to Goa for more legal steps.
The brothers were also checked by doctors at a hospital in Delhi.
Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, co-owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Goa, were deported from Thailand to India.
They are facing charges of culpable homicide and negligence for a fire at their nightclub that killed 25 people.
The Indian government cancelled their passports and submitted a dossier to Thai authorities for their deportation.
The deportation follows an Interpol Blue Corner Notice issued against the duo.
The brothers will be produced before a Delhi court for further legal proceedings.
A Delhi court granted a two-day transit remand to the Goa Police to take the Luthra brothers to Goa.
The brothers were taken to Safdarjang Hospital for a medical checkup upon their arrival in India.
