Telangana High Court Deals with Surrogacy, Bank Officer, and SCCL Officials Cases

The High Court in Hyderabad is dealing with three different cases.

First, a couple wants to have a baby through surrogacy, but their application was rejected because the mother has XY chromosomes, which the authorities thought meant she was male.

The couple says this is wrong and discriminatory because she has female anatomy and is legally a woman.

Second, a bank officer was punished unfairly, and the High Court agreed that the process was flawed and sent it back for a new hearing.

The original judge had canceled the punishment, but the bank appealed, and the higher court decided to give the officer another chance to respond before a final decision is made.

Third, the court issued arrest warrants for five important people from a mining company because they ignored a court order to fix a retired employee's pay.

The court wants them to come and explain why they didn't follow the rules.
