EPFO to Inspect Tea Estates for PF Compliance in August
Imagine a special savings account for tea workers called a PF account.
The government wants to make sure that tea companies are putting money into these accounts regularly.
The EPFO, a government group, will check the tea estates in August to make sure everything is correct.
If the companies haven't paid, the EPFO will file a complaint.
The government is also starting a new program to help workers get extra money for the first two years of their job and other benefits.
This helps make sure workers have money saved for their future.

The inspection follows requests from tea trade unions concerned about PF payment defaults.
The EPFO will check if PF accounts are properly maintained and if funds are deposited on time.
Police complaints will be filed if it's found that the employer's share of money deducted from employees has not been deposited.
