Ricin Plot Accused Injured in Jail Fight; Gujarat Dy CM Blames Anti-National Activities
The main suspect in a Ricin terror plot, Dr. Ahmed Mohiyuddin Saiyed, was injured in a fight with other prisoners at Sabarmati jail in Ahmedabad, just hours after his arrest.
The Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister suggested the fight might have been due to Saiyed's alleged anti-national activities.
Saiyed was taken to the hospital and returned to jail after treatment.
The cause of the fight is still unknown, and investigations are ongoing.
