Court Issues Notice to Ex-Mayor, MLA in KSRTC Driver Case
A court in Thiruvananthapuram has asked the former city Mayor Arya Rajendran and MLA K.M. Sachin Dev to come to court on January 21.
This is because a bus driver named Yadu said they were involved in an incident with him last April.
Yadu is upset because the police did not include them in the charge sheet.
He also said important evidence, like a video from the bus, was destroyed.
The court will decide if more people should be included in the case and if the investigation should be redone.
Many people are talking about this case on social media.
A Thiruvananthapuram court issued notices to former Mayor Arya Rajendran and MLA K.M. Sachin Dev in a case involving KSRTC driver Yadu.

The court directed the accused to appear on January 21, considering Yadu's plea for reinvestigation and inclusion of additional accused.
