Indore IDA Board Approves Major Urban Development Projects
Imagine Indore is getting ready for a big makeover!

A proposal was sent to the state government for alignment modification in Indore Development Plan TPS-08 to speed up bridge construction.
The Indore Metropolitan Region Development and Investment Plan area will be expanded, with SPA Bhopal selected as the quality monitoring agency.
Approvals also included rationalization of property tax, lease rates for educational plots, and progress on PPP projects like a Convention Centre and Startup Park.
Tenders worth Rs 17.65 crore were sanctioned for construction, landscaping, and furnishing work across various schemes.
