Veteran Actress Sandhya Shantaram Passes Away at 94
Sandhya Shantaram, a famous actress known for her roles in Hindi and Marathi cinema, has died at the age of 94.
She was also a trained classical dancer.
She starred in films like 'Jhanak Jhanak Payal Baje' and 'Pinjara', which earned her widespread acclaim for her exceptional acting talent and dancing skills.
Maharashtra's Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Ashish Shelar, shared a tribute, acknowledging her contributions to the film industry.
Her body will be cremated at Vaikunth Dham in Shivaji Park.
