Mobavenue AI hits upper circuit as Q1 PAT surges 95%
Imagine a company that helps brands show their ads on your phone.
That company is called Mobavenue AI Tech.
On one day, lots of people wanted to buy its shares, even though the stock market was having a bad day.
Usually a share can go up or down only a little each day.
Mobavenue's shares went up by the biggest amount allowed in one day, called the upper circuit.
That happened because the company announced it made a lot more money than before.
Its profit jumped by 95% compared to the same time last year.
It also made more money from customers in other countries.
The company also showed a new smart computer program called the Mobavenue Neural Engine that helps create ads much faster.
Because of all this good news, people wanted to buy the shares, pushing the price up.
Mobavenue AI Tech shares jumped 10% to the upper circuit on the BSE on 12 August, touching an intraday high of ₹338.50 even as the Sensex fell nearly 1%.
The company's Q1FY27 profit after tax surged 95% year-on-year to ₹11.7 crore, while revenue from operations rose 57% YoY to ₹72.8 crore.
EBITDA grew 77% YoY to ₹15.4 crore, with EBITDA margin up 240 bps to 21.2% and PAT margin up 320 bps to 16.1%.
Growth was driven by direct advertisers in quick commerce, BFSI, fintech and retail; direct clients contributed 65.2% of revenue and international markets 20.7%, up from 11.5% in FY2026.
The company launched the Mobavenue Neural Engine, an AI layer that lets a marketer go from a campaign plan to a live campaign in under 59 seconds.
