CJP Alleges Police Intimidation After Rajasthan School Clash

A political group called the Cockroach Janta Party visited a government school in Rajasthan.

The group said the school was operating in a makeshift shed and needed repairs.

CJP members said people attacked them and damaged their vehicles and phones.

They blamed supporters of the Bharatiya Janata Party, but that allegation has not been established by the police investigation.

Activist Ashutosh Ranka later said police officers stood outside a volunteer’s home and asked about him and his family.

He called this an attempt to frighten the group.

Rajasthan Police said both sides filed complaints.

Police said they will decide what further action to take after investigating.
