Bengaluru Faces Power Outages for Maintenance and Upgrades
Some parts of Bengaluru will have their electricity turned off for short periods.
This is happening because the power company, KPCL, needs to do some work to make the power system better and more reliable.
The outages will occur on June 21st and 22nd, affecting areas like Peenya, Electronic City, and Anekal.
The power will be off for different times depending on the area, so people should charge their phones and other devices in advance.
The goal is to improve the power supply in the long run.
Bengaluru will experience power outages from June 21st to 22nd.
Outages are due to infrastructure upgrades and maintenance by KPCL.
Affected areas include Peenya, Electronic City, BTM Layout, and Anekal.
Outage times vary, with some areas experiencing disruptions between 10 AM and 5 PM.
BESCOM advises residents to prepare by charging devices and having emergency lighting ready.
