IIM-Shillong Celebrates Adyant Convocation for Military Families

The Indian Institute of Management in Shillong had a special graduation ceremony called 'Adyant' for military families who completed a business management program.

This program, called 'Management Essentials 2025', was run with the help of MILVEST and the Indian Army.

A high-ranking army officer, Lieutenant General Mohit Wadhwa, was the chief guest.

He said the program is great because it helps military families, including officers, soldiers, and their spouses, learn important business skills together.

Captain Vinay Singh, who started MILVEST, thanked everyone for supporting the program.

The program is special because it understands the unique challenges military families face, like moving often and taking breaks from their careers.

It helps them prepare for new careers in business management.
