Antara Expands Senior Living in India
Antara Senior Living, a company that helps older adults live well, has teamed up with Max Estates to manage a new senior living community called Estate 361 in Gurugram, India.
This place is like a big, green forest with lots of fun activities and healthcare services to help seniors stay healthy and happy.

Antara Senior Living will manage senior living residences at Estate 361, a forest-themed, wellness-first development in Gurugram.
Estate 361 will have 360 senior living units and an integrated wellness center combining modern medicine with traditional therapies.
The project features over 250,000 sq. ft. of forest greens, water bodies, and sensory pathways, along with 200,000+ sq. ft. of amenities for active ageing.
