Over 12 Lakh Devotees Visit Sabarimala
A lot of people, more than 12 lakh, have visited the Sabarimala temple in Kerala, India, in just 15 days.
This is part of a special time called the mandala-makaravilakku season, which started on November 16 and will end in January.
On one day alone, more than 50,000 people went to the temple.
At first, there were too many people, and it was crowded, but now the crowds are smaller, and everyone can see the temple without too much trouble.
The authorities are making sure that not too many people come at once so that everyone can have a good visit.
Over 12.48 lakh devotees visited Sabarimala in the first 15 days of the mandala-makaravilakku season.
The pilgrimage season started on November 16 and will conclude in January.
On Sunday alone, 50,264 devotees visited the temple.
