PM Modi Urges New BJP Team to Deepen Public Connect
Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the Bharatiya Janata Party’s new team of office bearers.
He told them to listen to people and stay connected with communities.
The party is planning a month-long campaign called Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.
It will begin across India on September 17.
The campaign is linked to Modi’s 25 years as head of a government, according to party general secretary Vinod Tawde.
Party workers will organise activities for young people, women, farmers and other groups.
They will also honour Anganwadi workers and help people enrol in government welfare schemes.
