She recently opposed a request to examine the Will in court, claiming it was not necessary.

The children of Sunjay's ex-wife, Karisma Kapoor, argue that the Will is fake and has mistakes.

The court will decide on January 20, 2026.

Sunjay Kapur, who died in 2025, had children from both his marriages.

The executor of the Will, Shraddha Suri Marwah, has also changed her statement about who gave her the Will.
