Microsoft and Nvidia Unveil RTX Spark AI PCs

Microsoft and Nvidia showed new Windows computers designed to handle demanding tasks, including AI work.

Their main new laptop is called the Surface Laptop Ultra and uses Nvidia’s RTX Spark chip.

Microsoft says the laptop can run some AI models right on the computer instead of sending every task to the internet.

Copilot will use local models for some jobs and the cloud for harder ones.

Microsoft also showed the computer running a game and creative software.

The laptop starts at $2,599, while a developer-focused device starts at $5,999.

Microsoft says new Windows 11 tools will make it easier to change settings and arrange windows.

The article says the computers are expected to ship October 16.
