AI Trend Turns Photos Into 1980s Kerala-Style Portraits
People are using AI to change their ordinary photos.
The new pictures look like photographs from the 1980s.
Many users are making family portraits, wedding photos and college pictures.
Some are also creating posters that look like old Malayalam movie posters.
The images use hairstyles and clothes inspired by that time.
They can also include soft studio lights and a grainy film look.
Kerala settings and traditional clothing make the pictures feel regional.
This lets people imagine themselves as characters from an old South Indian film.
Instagram users are transforming selfies into AI-generated 1980s-inspired portraits.
The trend includes Kerala-style family portraits, wedding photographs and college pictures.
Some images are designed to resemble old-school Malayalam cinema posters.
The AI recreations use period fashion, hairstyles, studio lighting and analogue film grain.
Kerala-inspired settings and traditional clothing give the trend a distinct regional character.
