R. Ashwin to Play Full BBL Season After ILT20 Auction Snub
Ravichandran Ashwin, a cricket player, was not picked up by any team at an auction for a T20 league because no one offered him the amount of money he wanted.
He decided not to participate instead of taking a lower price.
Because of this, he will now play the entire Big Bash League season with the Sydney Thunder, instead of the previously agreed few matches.
Ravichandran Ashwin was unsold at the ILT20 auction.
Ashwin set his base price at $120,000.
He withdrew from the auction after not receiving any bids.
Ashwin will now play the full BBL season with Sydney Thunder.
