West Bengal CM seeks revenue leakage prevention plans
The Chief Minister of West Bengal, Suvendu Adhikari, has asked all state government departments to make plans to find and stop places where the state loses money.
This is to help the state collect more tax money without making people pay more taxes.

The current government plans to show this in a white paper.
