TV Serial 'Saahil' Kissing Scene Made History in 90s Doordarshan
A long time ago, on Indian TV, shows didn't usually have kissing scenes.
But one show called 'Saahil' from the 1990s surprised everyone.
Its opening song had a kiss between two actors, Kiran Kumar and Soni Razdan.
This was very unusual for that time and even today, many shows avoid it.
The show was broadcast on Doordarshan, a popular TV channel.
After it was shown a few times, the kissing scene was taken out.
Soni Razdan, who acted in the kiss, has a father who was Kashmiri Pandit and she was born in the UK.
She has also acted in many movies.
