JSW Motors Prepares to Launch Its First Combat SUV
JSW Motors is getting ready to introduce its first SUV under its own name.
It is expected to be called the Combat and launch on December 4.
The vehicle is based on a model called the Jetour T2 from China.
Reports say it may use both a petrol engine and rechargeable batteries.
The battery could let it travel about 90 kilometres using electricity alone, though that figure is not confirmed for India.
The SUV may also have large screens and other technology features.
Its expected price is between ₹30 lakh and ₹50 lakh.
The company has not yet confirmed the final Indian version’s details.

International-model figures suggest about 90km of electric range and up to 1,100km combined range, but Indian specifications are unconfirmed.
