Squirrel Halts Red Sox-Yankees Game at Yankee Stadium
A baseball game between the Red Sox and Yankees was interrupted when a squirrel ran onto the field.
The squirrel appeared during the fourth inning, causing a brief delay as it moved around the field, including near the pitcher's mound.
This prompted Boston's outfielder to take a timeout.
The squirrel eventually ran towards the right field line.
It's not the first time an animal has caused a delay at Yankee Stadium; in the past, a cat and another squirrel have also briefly paused games.
