ByteLens Launches AI-Native Operational Intelligence for Telecom Operators

Telephone and internet companies have a very big job: keeping their networks working.

Sometimes things break, and fixing them takes a lot of time and know-how.

A new company called ByteLens wants to help with that.

It made a smart computer program that watches the network all the time.

The program can warn when something is about to break before customers are affected.

It can also find where the problem started, even when different equipment is involved.

After a problem is fixed, the program remembers the fix so the next similar fault starts from experience, not from zero.

The program runs alongside tools operators already use, so no big changes are needed.

It does not replace the engineers; it only shows them problems that need a human decision.

ByteLens is already working with four very large telephone companies.
