JD(U) Confident Neeraj Sinha Will Win Bankipur Bypoll
A politician from the JD(U) party, Rajiv Ranjan, said that Neeraj Sinha, the BJP candidate, will win the Bankipur election by a big margin.
He thinks people will choose the candidate who helps the area grow.
Neeraj Sinha is part of the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance.
In early voting, another candidate, Prashant Kishor, had more votes than Neeraj Sinha.
But the JD(U) spokesperson believes the final result will favor Neeraj Sinha because of the development work in the area.
The Bankipur area is a stronghold for the BJP, meaning they usually win there.
The election is happening in Patna, the capital of Bihar.
The JD(U) spokesperson praised the work of the state chief minister, Nitish Kumar, and the deputy chief minister, Samrat Choudhary.
He thinks voters will see the progress and vote for the candidate who helped it.
JD(U) spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan predicts BJP candidate Neeraj Sinha will win Bankipur Assembly by-election by a historic margin.
Ranjan cites development work under Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary as key factors for voter support.
Early voting shows Prashant Kishor of Jan Suraaj Party leading Neeraj Kumar by 1,145 votes, with 6,269 votes to 5,124.
RJD candidate Rekha Kumari received 884 votes in the early count.
No BJP candidate has ever lost from Bankipur, making it a stronghold for the party.
