Delhi Man Arrested in Wife’s Alleged Strangling Death
Police in Delhi arrested a 24-year-old man after his wife was found dead.

Her 10-year-old daughter told police that she saw her father near her mother early in the morning.
The girl then noticed that her mother was not responding.
Doctors at LHMC Hospital declared the woman dead.
