JeM, HM Move Bases After Indian Strikes Near Afghan Border
After India's military actions, two groups, JeM and HM, moved their camps.
They used to be in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir but are now closer to Afghanistan in a place called Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
JeM is building a training center in Mansehra, KPK.
Hizbul Mujahideen is also building a camp, named HM-313.
These moves seem to be happening because the area they used to be in is more vulnerable to attacks now.
JeM is planning an event to remember someone who died in the attacks and may announce a new name, al-Murabitun.
Intelligence suggests that the government of Pakistan is letting this happen.
JeM and HM have relocated bases closer to the Afghan border after Indian strikes.
The shift is from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan.
JeM is expanding its training facility in Mansehra, KPK.
Hizbul Mujahideen is constructing a new training camp named “HM-313” in Bandai, KPK.
JeM plans a recruitment drive and new alias on September 25 in Peshawar.
