AIFF Launches National Players' Association
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is creating a new group called the National Players’ Association (NPA) for football players.
They are asking players who have played at a high level to join.

The NPA will have leaders like a chairperson, treasurer, and secretary, with at least one woman in these roles.
These leaders will serve for four years and can be elected for up to two terms.
The NPA will also help choose 15 special players, including at least five women, to be part of the AIFF’s general body.
Besides the NPA, the AIFF is also opening groups for referees and coaches.
