RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Talks Leadership at IIMUN's 15-Year Celebration
There was a special birthday party for IIMUN, a group that helps students learn to work together.
A very important man named Mohan Bhagwat came to talk to the students.
He told them what makes a good leader.
A good leader is generous and helps people who deserve it.
A good leader notices the good things in other people.
A good leader shares success with the team.
A good leader learns a lot and stays brave when things get hard.
He said leaders should lead by example and help create new leaders.
Some famous people watched and said he answered every question with a smile.
A comedian named Cyrus Broacha said the talk connected grown-ups with young people.
Everyone left feeling inspired to be helpful leaders.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat interacted with IIMUN Founder Rishabh Shah at the organisation's 15-year celebration in Mumbai.
Bhagwat outlined five leadership qualities from a Sanskrit verse: generosity, appreciation of virtues, shared success, knowledge, and courage in strife.
He said real leaders lead from within and by example, and their leadership should create future leaders rather than hoarding authority.
Jackky Bhagnani said Bhagwat "answered all the questions with a smile," while Dr Shriram Madhav Nene praised him for not holding back.
Comedian Cyrus Broacha called the interaction a first, saying a "bridge was built" between the philosophy of his generation and Gen Z.
