Pottangi MLA Calls for Teacher Training Program in Koraput

Imagine a school where people who want to be teachers don't have many chances to learn in their own area.

In Koraput, a place with many tribal communities, a leader named Ram Chandra Kadam wants the government to help.

He wants them to start a special program called ITEP in the local colleges.

This program would let people study to become teachers in their own community, instead of having to go far away.

Right now, most spots in the only local teacher school are taken by people from outside the area.

ITEP would combine regular college with teacher training, making it easier for local youth to become teachers and improve education for everyone in the region.
