Türkiye has supported Pakistan before when India and Pakistan had a conflict.
This isn't the first time Turkish leaders have talked about Kashmir.
India has told Türkiye not to comment on its internal issues.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan mentioned Kashmir during a budget speech, saying it should be resolved through dialogue and international law.
