MRPL Considers Venezuelan Crude for Processing
MRPL is thinking about buying oil from Venezuela.
They haven't decided yet because they need to check if the prices and other conditions are good.
They also said they are not buying oil from Russia right now and will follow all the rules.
The company wants to open more petrol pumps to sell their oil products.
They have 200 petrol pumps now and want to have 250 by the end of this year, 500 in three years, and 1,000 in five years.
They think selling oil through these petrol pumps will be more stable than selling it to other countries.
MRPL is considering buying Venezuelan crude for processing, depending on commercial terms.
The company is not currently importing Russian crude and is in strict compliance with all sanctions.
MRPL plans to expand its retail outlets, aiming for 250 by the end of the current financial year, 500 in three years, and 1,000 in five years.
Retail sales are expected to provide more stable margins compared to export sales.
