Congress Plans Gen-Z Watchdog for Karimnagar Civic Works
Congress leader Velichala Rajender Rao wants to create a youth watchdog group in Karimnagar.
The group would have 40 to 50 members.
It would include lawyers, RTI activists, IT workers and other young people.
Members would check whether civic projects are properly approved and completed.
They would inspect construction sites and examine government records.
The group would also look at building permissions and complaints about middlemen.
Its members’ phone numbers could be displayed at major junctions so residents can report problems.
Rao also said efforts were being made to address the 22A prohibited land issue.
Congress leader Velichala Rajender Rao announced plans for a 40–50-member Gen-Z Vigilance Watchdog Committee.
