Paramount Releases James Cameron’s Billie Eilish 3D Concert Film
Billie Eilish and James Cameron are making a 3D concert movie called 'Hit Me Hard and Soft'.
It will be released in theaters by Paramount on March 20, 2026.
This is not Billie's first concert film, but it's special because it's directed by James Cameron, who also made 'Avatar'.
The movie is based on her third album, which has won many Grammy nominations.
Paramount is excited to release this film and will show a trailer for it before 'Avatar: Fire and Ash' comes out on December 19.
This is a big deal because concert films like this don't come out very often, and the last big one was about Justin Bieber in 2011.
Paramount will release James Cameron's 3D concert film of Billie Eilish's 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' tour on March 20, 2026.
The film was announced by Billie Eilish on her social media and during her concert in San Francisco.
This is Eilish's second concert film, following 'Live at the O2' in 2023, but her first with a major studio push.
Paramount previously considered distributing Taylor Swift's 'Eras Tour' but decided against it.
The film's release date fills a vacancy left by the delayed Matt Stone-Trey Parker-Kendrick Lamar movie.
James Cameron's 'Avatar: Fire and Ash' will be released on December 19, providing an opportunity to trailer the Eilish concert film.
