Nashik Murder-Suicide: Woman Killed, Ex-Lover Found Dead
In Nashik, a young woman named Vaishnavi Aware was tragically killed in a garden late on Friday night.
Police believe her ex-boyfriend, Sahil Lavhare, might have done it.
Just a few hours later, Sahil was found dead by hanging near a hospital.
Police think he might have killed himself after hurting Vaishnavi.
They are still trying to figure out exactly what happened.
Both Vaishnavi and Sahil were from Amalner and had been in a relationship before.
Vaishnavi had recently gotten engaged to someone else, which might have upset Sahil.
Her foster brother had even warned the police that she might be in danger, but the sad event still happened.
Vaishnavi Aware, a 20-year-old woman, was murdered in the garden of Vansampada Society in Indiranagar, Nashik.
Her ex-boyfriend, Sahil Ashok Lavhare, is suspected of killing her and then dying by suicide hours later.
The murder occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Friday, and Sahil's body was found hanging at 2:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Police believe the incident was driven by a troubled romantic relationship and possible harassment after Vaishnavi's engagement to another man.
