CJP Reviews Assam Schools After Detention, Flags Infrastructure Gaps

The Cockroach Janta Party visited two government schools in Assam to see what students and teachers need.

The visits happened soon after party members were detained and later released.

The group said one school had a leaking roof and three classes sharing one divided room.

Ashutosh Ranka showed videos of the school and criticized the state government.

The party said its members were also stopped by a group they described as goons.

It plans to keep visiting schools across Assam and the Northeast.

The party also said it would hold a protest in Mumbai on October 2.

The protest is about its demand that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar resign.
