Kashmir Prepares for Chillai-Kalan with Rising Temperatures
Kashmir is getting ready for a very cold period called Chillai-Kalan, which starts on December 21.

Srinagar, the capital, had a low of 0.2 degrees Celsius, which is better than the previous night.
