Delhi High Court Orders CJP Leaders To Remove Bhatia Posts

The Delhi High Court considered a case involving posts about Gaurav Bhatia.

Bhatia is a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

The court told CJP leaders to remove the posts.

The judge asked why CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke was included in the case.

The judge said there was no material against Dipke in the posts being challenged.

The court also told Bhatia that other ways of resolving the disagreement could have been tried first.

These methods are called alternative dispute resolution.

The report did not give the CJP leaders’ response.
