Orissa HC Blacklists Exam Agency for Malpractices
The Orissa High Court has banned a private company called Silicon Texhlab Private Limited from conducting any exams for the court or other courts in its area for five years.
This is because the company did not keep the exam process fair and secret, which is very important.
The exam was for a job called Assistant Section Officer, and it happened on 13 July 2025.
The court found out that the company did not do its job properly.
Also, the company is being investigated for doing bad things in another exam for police jobs.
The government had given the exam job to another company, ITI Limited, which then gave it to Silicon Texhlab.
The court said the company cannot take part in any exams for the court, directly or indirectly, for five years.
Orissa High Court blacklisted Silicon Texhlab Private Limited for five years for exam malpractices.
The agency was found to have compromised the sanctity of the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) exam conducted on 13 July 2025.
The court debars the agency from participating in any exams for the court or courts within its jurisdiction.
