ISL Clubs Face Financial Struggles, Players Take Pay Cuts

ISL Clubs Face Financial Struggles, Players Take Pay Cuts

Some football clubs in India are having money problems.

They need to save money, so they asked their players and support staff to take pay cuts.

This is because the clubs have to pay a lot of money to run the season, and they spent too much on player salaries.

Not all clubs are doing this; some are still trying to sign star players.

A group called FIFPro, which looks after players, says clubs should not force players to take pay cuts because it's not fair.

They want clubs to respect the players' contracts.

The season is starting soon, and everyone is trying to figure out how to make it work.
