Scotch Frost Collapses Owing £10m, Creditors Unlikely to Recover

Scotch Frost, a food supplier that has been around for nearly 60 years, has closed down because it owed almost £10 million.

The company couldn't make enough money because sales were going down, and there was a lot of competition.

They had to sell their big warehouse for £2.5 million to pay back some of the money they owed.

Unfortunately, most of the people and companies they owe money to, called creditors, probably won't get any of it back.

The company started in Scotland and used to supply food to restaurants and shops all over the UK.
