Telangana High Court Grants Relief to Farmer in Extortion Case

Imagine some villagers were accused of trying to get something by force.

A farmer named Srisailam was one of them.

They took over some new apartments that weren't officially given out yet.

The police thought they were trying to extort people, which means getting things through threats.

But, the High Court looked at the evidence and said the claims didn’t hold up.

The court told Srisailam to help the police with their investigation, and if he doesn't, there could be problems.

The court also noted that the main person accused was already arrested and that Srisailam has no history of crimes.
